I’ve always loved shopping at Scrubs & Clogs because you usually have great variety in sizes, models, and colors. Unfortunately, this time I was quite disappointed there were no new models, very limited color options, and only one available in my size. I had no choice but to take it. When I asked about embroidery, I was also told it would take over 10 days, which was quite inconvenient. In today’s world, we can easily order scrubs online from anywhere, but it’s your loyal clients who come back to your store that you should prioritize and take care of. I truly hope to see improvements next time more variety, updated stock, and faster embroidery service.
